Videoconference
We offer zoom video conferencing to support you in your process, whether for a makeover, a custom piece of jewelry or any other project. A meeting link will be emailed to you within one hour of the meeting. On appointment only.
Personalized meeting
The videoconference is a 30-minute meeting with Marie-Claude Décarie. The jeweler will take note of all your ideas and requests. You will decide together on the design to be created and the details to be added. Choice of materials, process, etc... Marie-Claude will take the time to explain each step and answer your questions.
Manufacturing Estimate
In the days following the meeting, you will receive 1 or 2 manufacturing estimates by email. This will include a precise drawing and price options, if applicable. After a few exchanges you will be able to confirm the order. For the jewelry to be transformed, we will be able to confirm the estimate once we receive it by mail.
Custom Jewelry
Once the final quote is adjusted and accepted, we require a 50% deposit to begin work. During the process, you will receive photos of the fabrication or CAD design for approval, if applicable. When the jewel is finished, we will send some pictures by email. If everything is to your satisfaction, your piece will be sent by mail, following payment of the final balance.
