Delivery

Our shipments are made from Canada. We use Canada Post as our delivery service for almost all our shipments. Tracking numbers are not always included in the delivery. For packages delivered outside of Canada, your national postal service will take over when the package arrives in your country. 
 

Orders placed on our transactional site or via ETSY, with delivery included, are generally sent without tracking numbers, by regular mail. We have been using this type of delivery for over 10 years, and statistically, we do not have more lost packages with this type of shipping than with tracked packages. 
 
Packages valued over $400, shipments to Europe (EU) or orders from customers who have paid for a delivery upgrade (Canada or USA) are sent with tracking numbers. In these cases, the tracking number is automatically emailed to you at the time your item is mailed. It is usually possible to track your package on the Canada Post Website, as well as on the Website of your national postal service once the package has arrived in your country.  

 

 

Postal delays

 

Mailing times vary depending on the type of delivery and your location.
Here are the times you can generally expect:
 
Quebec / Ontario: 
Regular mail (included): 1 week, sometimes up to 3 weeks
Parcel with tracking ($15): usually 1 to 2 business days
 
Canada: 
Regular mail (included): 1 to 3 weeks, sometimes up to 4 weeks
Parcel with tracking ($20): usually less than 1 week 
 
United States:
Regular mail (included): 1 to 2 weeks, sometimes up to 4 weeks
Tracked: 1 to 2 weeks
Express: 1 to 5 days
 
Europe: 2 to 4 weeks, sometimes up to 6 weeks
 
Rest of the world: 2 to 4 weeks, sometimes up to 7 weeks

 

 

Our policy

 

Our policy on lost packages is as follows:
 
If you do not receive your package within the maximum advertised time frame, we will offer to redo the item and return it to you (with another type of delivery if possible), or give you a full refund. Since delayed packages are much more common than lost packages, we ask that you wait the following time frames before requesting a reshipment or refund:
 
Canada and United States: 4 weeks
Europe: 6 weeks
Rest of the world: 7 weeks
 
After these delays, if you still have not received your item, please contact us.
