We do repairs on silver and gold jewelry, even if the jewelry does not come from MCDécarie. Most repairs are done on site in our workshop, while some tasks are done by specialized professionals in Montreal (like laser welding). Come and see us with your jewelry and we can advise you on sitet. It is also possible to request a quote online, then send the jewelry to us by mail, the same way as a return .

For MCDécarie jewelry, some repairs are covered by our warranty . Normal wear and tear, upgrades and accidental breakage are not covered and repairs are always possible at the buyer's expense, return details are available here .

The refurbishment corresponds to restoring your jewelry to its original state, by polishing and complete cleaning, as well as a rhodium plating on white gold jewelry, sometimes also on silver.
